So I paid for air express shipping through fed ex for my first order. I was under the impression they paid the fees for customs and such. I just received a bill from fed ex. Not a big deal, but I was a bit confused. Do they just get it through customs and then bill me?

yup. DHL and UPS are alot better about including fees in the shipping cost. fedex are not, and they bill you

Have had many shipments thru FedEx… Item cost and shipping was included with the supplier. Have yet to receive an invoice from FedEx.

Customs fees are never included in the cost…. Clearance fees may be. Every once in awhile I don’t get a bill, but 95% of the time I do.
