Amazon referral fees: I’m not clear on this. I have a product listed at $59.95, but the actual retail price is set at $39.95 in order to show ‘You save $20’.
The referral fee is showing as 15% of ‘listed price’… so if it sells for $39.95, how much is the actual referral fee? Is it based on the list price or the discounted price???

The FBA fee will stay the same regardless of price. It’s based off of size and weight not price. The referral fee will change depending on sell price. Even if your customer used a coupon code and gets it for half off the sell price referral fee will adjust to whatever was paid.

Based on the price the product sells for.
