not based on quantity but total of order amount. I had to deal recently with customs because I was returning an order that came damaged and my husband was told that lower than $200 you don’t pay customs. (these products are coming from Italy) not sure that matters. I do know that my order from china which was way above that amount I did not get charged customs, but I understand that from china it can be random. I am not an expert on this but figured I would share my little experience.

I can’t guarantee accuracy with this, I used it and it was correct for my product. I don’t know much about this subject but I have heard others get charged for this after the fact so it can’t hurt to check. Don’t be afraid to ask your supplier either.
