Best thing is to stick with China. Alibaba has a deep presence and some of them are certified by Alibaba.

Best to just Google a Freight forwarder in your area, ask them if they ship from India and have a Agent there.
Stay away from shipping by Air, because it will cost you almost as much as DHL

Remember when dealing with a Freight forwarder, you will be paying them to pick-up and ship to the Docks, then when they get into the States, either you need to pick up the shipment or pay them to delivery on this end. Still so much cheaper than DHL, UPS or Air Freight.
