Question: how can I find the Order ID # or Customer Email of someone who left a negative product review? On the product page, the person’s nickname shows up next to their review, but doesn’t display an order number or any other way to identify who they are.
I want to give them a refund and send them a message, but I can’t figure out how to identify their order in Seller Central. Any suggestions?

Click on the reviewers name, and see if they have a wish list. Sometimes they put their email address or name on the wish list.

How do I get their name? The review only shows their nickname. For example, the review below only shows “chats” as the nickname and not their real name. My orders in Seller Central display by their real name (the one on the shipping address) and doesn’t allow me to search by reviewer nickname.
