I have a question..
My wife and I have a friend that we used to work for that sells homemade products. She want to sell them on Amazon and have me handle all of the Amazon stuff while she makes and ships products to FBA. I would get a cut of some sort but we don’t know of an appropriate rate. Should it be based on % of sale flat rate time or something else?
I appreciate your help.

I would take a cut off of every item that sold.

Agree a selling price, deduct all costs and fees an 50/50 on the cash.
