You can’t create a second listing for a product already available. It’s against tos. If you PL it with your brand that’s different, but to answer your Q: same product goes on that listing, yes.

If it is the same product, it has to be sold under the same ASIN unless you PL it

It’ll be under same listing if you use the same asin. You cant create a separate listing
